Prior to joining Noetic in 2021, Bridget Verdun spent 20 years leading business development and recruitment teams in the staffing industry. Her work began in Chicago, expanded nationally, then globally to bring workforce solutions to the worlds most respected fortune 100 corporations, federal government agencies, and nonprofit organizations. Nonprofit clients included the American Red Cross, AARP, YMCA, American Institutes for Research, and Pew Charitable Trusts to name a few.

In tandem with her professional work, Bridget’s entrepreneurial endeavors include Studio b. a brick-and-mortar art gallery that she owned and operated seasonally for 15 years in Three Oaks, Michigan, and Occasionally Speaking, a line of fine greeting cards that she designs and distributes nationally in over 700 retailers including Paper Source, Whole Foods Market and Barnes & Noble stores.

Bridget has contributed to a number of Chicago based art organizations including Gallery 37, Little Black Pearl, Chicago Children’s Choir, The Hyde Park School of Dance, and The Hyde Park Art Center.

Ms. Verdun earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design and Communications at Illinois State University. She is a life-long learner and has expanded her leadership learning over the last decade through executive education programs at Harvard University, Northwestern University, Loyola University, and the University of Chicago.
